We’ve tried to make the mirror mirror website as user friendly as possible.

We have three main shops Live (beautiful homewares and personal items for every-day living), Eat (gorgeous kitchen items and tableware) Pamper & Treat (original accessories & treats).  You can access each of these shops through the homepage or through the menu at the top of each page.

Within each shop you will find pictures of all the items in that shop which you can scroll through easily by clicking on “next” and “previous”.  When you’ve found something that looks appealing, click on that picture and you will be taken through to detailed information about that product.

We’ve tried to give as much information as we can on our product pages.  You can click on all the photographs to see a larger image.

Once you have decided you want to purchase an item, click 'Proceed to Checkout'.

If  you would like to add an item to your shopping bag and continue shopping for more items before checking out, click 'Add to Shopping Bag'. Click 'Proceed to Checkout' when you have finished shopping.

Once you have proceeded to checkout, you will be on a page titled 'your shopping bag'.  Here you can enter the quantity of each item you wish to buy, and select which shipping class you would like. If you choose Express delivery, please read the 'Delivery Information' by clicking on this link. Once you have selected your quantities and shipping class, click 'Proceed to Checkout'.

You will be taken to another page which asks for your Invoice details. Fill in the asterisked boxes (compulsory information) and any other information you wish to give us. This information must match the details on your credit card.  If you wish to send your item(s) to a different address, click the box titled 'Delivery Information'.

You may also type a personal message which we can include with your package. To do this you must type your message in the box titled 'Is this item a gift?'.

When you have finished filling in your invoice/delivery address(s), click 'Confirm order'. You will be taken through to a final page where you will fill in your credit/debit card details.

When your purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order.
