Summary

Standard UK delivery = £3.95 (normally delivery within 2-5 working days)

Express UK delivery = £8.95 (delivery guaranteed for next working day if you order before 2pm on a working day). 

Something to think about: most deliveries will require a signature upon arrival, so maybe you would like your item delivered to your work address?

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery charge within the UK is £3.95 however many items you order.

We aim to despatch any order made before 2pm Monday-Friday on the same day subject to credit card authorisation. Orders received after 2pm will be sent the following working day.

Orders received at the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or UK Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

Most deliveries within the UK are sent recorded delivery and should arrive within two to three working days if the postman's in a good mood. Please contact us on 0845 2573079 or info@mirror2.co.uk if you haven't received your goods within 7 working days.

Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. If you would like your goods to be sent to a more convenient address (eg. to work), please include these details in the delivery address boxes.

If no one is available to sign for delivery the postman will leave a card advising you of the address and opening hours of your local delivery office.  Please note that your parcel will be held at the delivery office for one week only before it is sent back to us.

Some heavier, more fragile items e.g mirrors will be sent to you via courier. There is no extra charge for this service, but please note that a signature will be required upon delivery (and you may not want to carry a big mirror home from work!).

Express Delivery

If you just can't wait for your delivery (and who can blame you), we also offer guaranteed delivery on the next working day (Monday to Friday) at a cost of £8.95 if you place your order before 2pm on a working day.

Orders placed at weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day and delivery will be the day after despatch.

Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. If you would like  your goods to be sent to a more convenient address (eg. to work), please include these details in the delivery address box.

If no one is available to sign for delivery the postman will leave a card advising you of the address and opening hours of your local delivery office.  Please note that your parcel will be held at the delivery office for three weeks only before it is sent back to us. 

UK Delivery

All delivery times stated are for UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Please allow an additional couple of days for delivery to the Highlands and other islands.

International Deliveries

We are very happy to despatch items anywhere in the world. Please contact us on 0845 2573079 or info@mirror2.co.uk for shipping charges.  Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any import duties on deliveries to countries outside the UK.  We will, however, arrange for UK taxes (currently VAT at 17.5%) to be excluded from any order for despatch outside of the European Union.  For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address.

Ordering "Awaiting Stock" Items

Items which are not currently in stock, but where we are expecting delivery within the next seven days, are marked "Awaiting Stock" on the product details page.  Expected delivery dates are indicated in the product information text.

If you have placed an order where some items are in stock and some are out of stock, we will hold onto your whole order until all your items are available for despatch. This should take about a week.

On occasion we may be unable to fulfil "Awaiting Stock"  items as quickly as we had hoped, in such cases we will contact you immediately
